How to build muscle in menopause?

Aerobic exercise is great, but it won't build muscle in menopause - for that, you need strength training exercises.
Don't turn your back on this piece of advice...please...because building muscle means not just building strength, but giving your body a great way to burn calories - because muscle burns calories just by existing, even before you start exercise.
