Running is great aerobic exercise, good for your heart and circulatory system, helpful with weight loss and great for boosting your mood and lifting mild depression.

Scientists at Cambridge University have discovered now discovered another health benefit of running, and believe that there are links between running and memory.

This new research has shown that running regularly stimulates new brain cells in the area of the brain associated with memory. It's a great reason to add running to your aerobic exercise program.
