Thank you Elizabeth. I will try to incorporate more weight training/toning exercises and see if I can make some progress. I agree too, that hormones have a lot to do with this. I can just feel that my body is "out of whack", but am not interested in HRT. I am also an insulin dependent diabetic. (Type 1) and have been since I was 4 years old. I know that this also contributes to my problem, but I am determined to find a solution. Thanks for your tips, and I will look for the calorie counter you mentioned. I have to be consuming more calories than I think I am, even though I eat next to nothing, obviously I'm getting calories somewhere! I will try your advice, and let you know of my progress. Thanks again!
